Crystal Palace are edging closer to the signature of winger Ismaila Sarr from Marseille for a reported £12.5 million. The former Watford man is expected to sign a five-year deal with the Eagles.

Ipswich Town captain Sam Morsy has put pen to paper on a new contract, which will keep him at Portman Road until 2026. His contract was due to expire in the summer of 2025 and he will keep the captain's armband heading into the club's return to the Premier League.

Arsenal

Marseille have made an improved offer for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah, with reports confirming a new bid in the region of £17 million. It is thought that the structure of the deal is more to the liking of Arsenal and both club and player are optimistic of a deal being agreed.

Everton have completed the signing Republic of Ireland centre-back Jake O'Brien from Lyon for an undisclosed fee. The defender has signed a four-year deal and becomes Everton's fifth signing of the transfer window.

Southampton

Southampton have completed the £6.5 million signing of Ben Brereton Diaz from Villarreal. The Chile international has signed a four-year deal at St. Mary's and joins after scoring six goals in 14 appearances for Sheffield United on loan last season.

West Ham United

West Ham have begin discussions with Borussia Dortmund over the signature of Germany striker Niclas Fullkrug. The 31-year-old is reportedly open to the move and personal terms are rumoured to not be an issue.

Chelsea

Chelsea are said to be in talks to sign Napoli forward Victor Osimhen, with the possibility that Romelu Lukaku will head in the opposite direction and join the Serie A club on loan. Lukaku is thought to be keen reunite with Antonio Conte after excelling under him at Inter and the Blues are willing to include him in a deal to bring Osimhen to Stamford Bridge.

West Ham United

West Ham are reportedly in the "front row" to sign Juventus striker Arkadiusz Milik. The Hammers are in the market for a new forward and Corriere Dello Sport say they are closing in on the Poland international. Everton have also been linked with the 30-year-old but West Ham are the favourites for his signature.

Manchester City

The forward is under contract until 2028 but has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid. Alvarez admits that although he is happy at the Etihad, he plans to take time off after the Games to assess his options.
